Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency operation method and apparatus, by which rotor rotation speed is controlled so that a large processing speed may be obtained in accordance with a condition of a material to be crushed in a uniaxial crusher.SOLUTION: In the uniaxial crusher, a material 11 to be crushed is crushed by being supplied for example by a pusher 3 driven by a hydraulic cylinder 5 to a rotor 1 that rotates with a large number of blades 13 mounted on the outer circumference. The operation control method of the uniaxial crusher includes: a step of prestoring a set value of the speed of the rotor 1 in a region divided with a threshold predetermined on the load of the rotor 1; a step of estimating the load of the rotor 1; a step of determining the affiliation of the region divided with the threshold with the estimated load of the rotor 1; and a step of adjusting the speed of a synchronous motor so that the speed of the rotor 1 may coincide with the set value in accordance with the load of the rotor. |
