Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which can reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device is configured to include a booster circuit 1 for boosting an input voltage vdd to output an output voltage vh, and a detector 3 for detecting the output voltage which is output from the booster circuit, to control the booster circuit to generate a plurality of different voltages from the booster circuit in accordance with an operation mode.
