PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material for a vehicle restraining noises while restraining displacement of a door trim when an external force is applied.SOLUTION: This part comprises an upper board side base material 52 arranged opposite to a door inner panel 12, and an upper board side surface skin material 55. A boss 45 projecting toward the door inner panel 12 and capable of restraining an ornament side base material 42 from being displaced toward the door inner panel 12 is formed on a compartment outside face 42B of the ornament side base material 42, and the projecting end 45A of a contact boss 45 is covered with a cover member 56, and the cover member 56 is made of the same member as the upper board side surface skin material 55. When the ornament side base material 42 is pressurized toward the door inner panel 12, the contact boss 45 comes into contact with the door inner panel 12 via the cover member 56, to restrain the ornament side base material 42 from being displaced toward the door inner panel 12.
