Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus capable of exposing a display region by specifying an exposure area of a display part, and adjusting a display condition of an image displayed in the display region. SOLUTION: When detecting input of a specific key from an operation part 18, a main control part 260 of this mobile electronic apparatus 10 causes a display part movement control part 263 to expose a display region allowing a determination instruction content of an exposure area to be viewed. When detecting a numerical value input between specific keys, the main control part 260 determines that a determination instruction of an appropriate exposure area of a display part 12 has been performed to determine whether the input numerical value is appropriate. When the input numerical value is appropriate, the main control part 260 controls the rotation of a drive motor 16 by the display part movement control part 263 until the display region of the display part 12 is set at an exposure area according to the input numerical value to move the display part, and can expose the display region of the specified exposure area.
