Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet welding method in which there are almost no restrictions on sheets to be welded, for example, even when two sheets to be welded are both laser-beam permeable or the like, the two sheets can be efficiently welded by using the laser beam. SOLUTION: The sheet welding method is configured as follows. A sheet laminate 3, formed by stacking a plurality of sheets 31, 32, is tightly fitted to an absorbing layer 6 arranged on one side of a laser-beam permeable permeation material 2 so as to absorb a laser beam and generate heat. A laser beam 51 is irradiated to the absorbing layer 6 in that state from the side opposite to the side, arranged with the absorbing layer 6, in the permeation material 2. The sheets 31, 32 are welded to each other by heat transfer from the absorbing layer 6 generating heat by the irradiation of the laser beam 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
