Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harvest a farm product grown by using a lodging-prevention net with a small number of workers in high efficiency. SOLUTION: The harvesting machine 1 for the farm product F is provided with a machine body 2 freely traveling along a ridge and a harvesting apparatus 4 placed in front of the machine body 2 and harvesting the farm product F cultured on the ridge. The net N spread on the ridge for preventing lodging of the farm product F is wound by a winder 3 placed above the harvesting apparatus 4 while pulling the net above the farm product F. The winder 3 is provided with a wind controlling means 36 to set the winding speed of the net N to be higher than the traveling speed of the machine body 2, and stop the winding motion when a winding tension is higher than a preset level.
