Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical roller bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing device, which attain an increased speed of bearing by surely supplying lubricant to a necessary part and discharging the lubricant out of the bearing without being retained within the bearing during operation to suppress heating. SOLUTION: The cylindrical roller bearing includes an inner ring 5, an outer ring 2 having a collar portion 4, a plurality of rollers 6 interposed between raceways 5a, 2a of the inner and outer rings 2, 5, and a retainer 7 for holding the rollers 6. The collar portion 4 of the outer ring 2 includes a hole 4a opened between an edge of the outer ring raceway 2a and the outer surface of the bearing.
