Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve troubles of kneading characteristics and dispersibility between a fine carbon fiber and a polymer when producing those composite. SOLUTION: A polymer composition excellent in opening characteristics and dispersibility of the fine carbon fiber and highly functional can be produced by: making a composite through mixing an inorganic powder with the polymer; and kneading the composite and an aggregate of the fine carbon fiber using shearing force.
