PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck warming tool for warming the neck warmly for a long time with less power consumption of a battery. SOLUTION: This neck warming tool includes an outer cover 1 with flexibility covering the circumference of the neck part of a user, a heater 2 set on the back part of the outer cover 1 and warming the nape of a user, and a battery unit 3 including a charging battery 31 energizing the heater 2. The outer cover 1 connects to the inside of both the parts, a pair of connection pieces 5 having a vertical width narrower than that of the outer cover 1 closely attaching the back part set with the heater 2 to the nape of a user. A pair of the connection pieces 5 is set with an attaching and removing connection tool 6 so as to attach and remove the edge parts from each other. The neck warming tool connects the connection pieces 5 by the attaching and removing connection tool 6, closely attaches the back part of the outer cover 1, set with the heater 2 to the nape, and covers the circumference of the neck part by the outer cover 1.
