Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling oil composition excellent in a defatting property, oxidation stability, a lubrication property and an adhesion property and hardly generated with mill contamination, a direct oil-feeding type cold rolling oil composition, and a cold rolling method using this. SOLUTION: The rolling oil composition includes the following components (a) and (b): (a) a palm olein oil having an iodine number of 56-72 and an elevation melting point of 24°C or lower; and (b) an amine-based anti-oxidant.
