Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a tongue to a position exceeding a locking position by a stopper structure without changing a stopper position of the stopper structure locking drop movement of the tongue inserted in a seat belt webbing. SOLUTION: The stopper structure locks drop movement of the tongue 13 that is a fitting device inserted in the seat belt webbing 11 (hereafter, webbing 11). The stopper structure locks drop movement of the tongue 13 by stopping passing of the tongue 13 with a projection shape of a locking fin 15 attached to the webbing 11, keeps such a state as to lock drop movement of the tongue 13 even when the tongue 13 weighs the locking fin 15 with its own weight, and enables the tongue 13 to insert in the locking fin 15 by orienting an elongated hole 13B of the tongue 13 straight forward by raise operation of the tongue 13 from a forward inclined posture due to gravity.
