Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove foreign matters immediately before assembling an assembly component even when the sticking of the foreign matters is not a problem for the assembly component itself, and to eliminate the transfer of the foreign matters to other components that the sticking of the foreign matters is the problem. SOLUTION: In a foreign matter removing apparatus, a working table 10 for equipment assembly is provided with an elastic bar 14 capable of attaching the assembly component 30 to be the object of foreign matter removal. Similarly, the working table 10 is provided with a suction means 20 capable of sucking air around the elastic bar 14 and vibrating the assembly component 30 by repeatedly bending the elastic bar 14 by the suction force.
