PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve fixing implement which is firmly fixed to a sleeve and prevented from coming off, which makes the sleeve for forming a through-hole surely fixed to a form, and which can be easily detached after placing concrete. SOLUTION: An inside-holding piece 2 is equipped with a locking portion 3 which is locked to an inside SW of a peripheral wall, so as to restrict the fixing implement 10 to move in the direction of disconnection from the sleeve S. A leading end of the locking portion 3 is equipped with a piercing portion 4 to be pierced into the inside SW of the peripheral wall. A release portion 5, which releases the pierced state of the piercing portion 4 by a tool inserted and operated through an opening end SE exposed by removing the form K, is provided in the inside-holding piece 2 in the state of facing the opening end SE.
