PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seatbelt device without becoming a hindrance without enlarging the device, by precisely floating a tongue from a seat back surface, when wearing a seatbelt. SOLUTION: The tongue 13 is positioned in front of a seat back 2 in non-wearing. A bag-shaped part 11A of a hollow bag shape is formed in a webbing 11. The lower end of thee bag-shaped part 11A communicates with an inside space of a seat cushion 3. A core material 20 capable of advancing-retreating into the bag-shaped part 11A is arranged inside the seat cushion 3. The core material 20 has a shape keeping property capable of holding the webbing 11 and the tongue 13 in a predetermined attitude. When wearing the seat belt 10, the core material 20 is delivered from the inside of the seat cushion 3, and enters the bag-shaped part 11A, so that the tongue 13 floats from the seat back 2.
