PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical paste injecting/kneading device facilitating an operation and capable of kneading and injecting paste without essential need of a dedicated injection gun. SOLUTION: This medical paste injecting/kneading device includes a cylinder, a partition implement, a stopper, a shaft section, a stirring section and a handle section. The shaft section has a projecting engagement portion which is rotationally engaged with the handle section; the interior of the handle section has a substantially linear guide portion which makes the shaft section a stored state where the shaft section is stored in the handle section by being engaged with the projecting engagement portion and sliding the projecting engagement portion in a state where the longitudinal direction of the shaft section and the longitudinal direction of the handle section take a same direction; and the guide section has an offset engagement portion, which is adapted to rotationally support the projecting engagement portion when the shaft section and the handle section rotationally turn, in its one end at a position being offset from a central line of the guide section.
