PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling safe and maximum improvement in reduction or increase control of body weight or body fat of an obese person or a person who concerns about body weight increase, and improvement in hyperlipemia: and to provide a method for solving and suppressing obesity of animals unnecessarily getting fat. SOLUTION: The lysine-containing antiobesity or antihyperlipemic food, feed, or supplement each contains 40-160 mg of lysine to be taken a day based on 1 kg of the body weight of a user in terms of free state under such an eating condition as to have the protein energy ratio of not more than 20% as meals per day, and 0.8-3.0 wt.% of the lysine (in terms of free state) in terms of dry material, and has a protein energy ratio of not more than 20%.
