Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply switching device of a tire type crane that can switch connection/disconnection with a power receiving side connector and an external power supply side connector by driving from the tire type crane side, without need for movement to the location provided with the external power supply by operator, and to provide a tire type crane system. SOLUTION: The power supply switching device 30 comprises: a gripper 31 for detachably gripping a receiving side connector 12a; a moving means 32 for moving the gripper 31 back and forth from the tire type crane 10 toward an external power supply; and a position adjustment means 33 for relatively moving the gripper 31 to the power supply side connector within a plane intersecting with the connecting direction of the power supply side connector, with the gripper 31 being moved toward the external power supply by the moving means 32 equipped in the tire type crane 10.
