PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment wherein, with no use of a connector, a cable such as a power supply cord is easily fitted/removed from a substrate. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes a substrate (114) where various electronic components (S, M) are mounted on a mounting surface, with a wiring pattern on which terminals of the electronic components (S, M) are soldered being printed on a pattern surface, a press-fitting terminal (130) which is mounted on the substrate and is connected to a cable (121) for connection to the outside, cases (111, 116) which store and hold the substrate, having an opening for the press-fitting terminal (130) to be exposed at a part, and a cover (117) which is separate from the case and is secured to the cases (111, 116) to close the opening, containing a cable inserting part (117b) through which the cable (121) passes and a cable presser (117a) for pressing a part of the cable (121) connected to the press-fitting terminal (130) through the cable inserting part (117b).
