Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately narrow down photographs to be printed out of ones stored in a memory card without forcing an excessive burden on a user. SOLUTION: When printing is indicated with user's selecting a photograph using a photograph selection screen (S100 to S140), selected printing processing is executed (S150 and S160), and not only photographs similar to the printed photograph are automatically searched for, but also a list of the found similar photographs is displayed as printing exceptional candidates being candidates which should be excepted from candidates for selection at the time of following selections of photographs to be printed (S180), and printing exception is set to photographs selected among the printing exceptional candidates by the user and is reflected on following photograph selection screens (S210).
