Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film sticking apparatus, having a compact body size, capable of coping flexibly with a substrate of various shapes and sizes, and sticking an anisotropic conductive film to a plurality of places of the substrate at the same time for reducing tact time of a sticking step. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film sticking apparatus includes a tape feeding part P for supplying an anisotropic conductive tape T in which a separator is laminated with an anisotropic conductive film, and a tape press-bonding part Q which pressurizes a separator side of the anisotropic conductive tape T so that only the anisotropic conductive film is stuck to a predetermined position of a workpiece W. Press-bonding units Qu1and Qu2having sticking heads 1 and 1' are arranged by a plurality of numbers along the sticking direction of the anisotropic conductive film. The interval between the sticking heads 1 and 1' is adjustably set. Tape supply units Pu1and Pu2having a reel mounting part for holding a reel R in which the anisotropic conductive tape T is wound are separately provided for each of the sticking heads 1 and 1'.
