PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely select an electronic apparatus brought into a vehicle by a vehicle driver as a connection destination of communication. SOLUTION: Voice models of a plurality of speakers who can be vehicle drivers are previously stored in a voice model storing memory 14 of a control unit 1 by associating it with identification information of cellular phones 100 corresponding to the respective speakers. When selecting a connection destination of communication, announcement for prompting predetermined speech is carried out to a vehicle driver by character display by a liquid-crystal monitor 4 or voice output from a loudspeaker 3. The speech sound in accordance with the announcement is detected by a microphone 2, a feature amount of the speech sound is checked against the voice model previously stored in the voice model storing memory 14 by a speaker recognition engine 13 to identify the cellular phone 100 corresponding to the speaker who has spoken, and the cellular phone 100 corresponding to the speaker who has spoken is selected from among the cellular phones 100 brought into the vehicle as a connection destination of communication.
