Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant light-emitting device capable of achieving high luminance by increasing a light emission area. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 1 includes: a plate-like heat radiation member 2; a light-emitting body 3 mounted on the heat radiation member 2, having a substrate 31 and a semiconductor laminate 32 formed on the substrate 31 and capable of emitting linear or surface light; a fluorescent lens 4 covering the light-emitting body 3 on the heat radiation member 2; and a light-emitting body side vacuum heat insulating layer 5 formed between the fluorescent lens 4 and the light-emitting body 3: wherein heat radiation performance is secured while increasing the light emission area.
