PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system for setting a different reservation bandwidth for communication between specific lines and communication between other lines according to code identification result of connection of communication. SOLUTION: This communication network system includes a plurality of general line connection devices housing general lines through a carrier network, and one or more specific line connection devices housing specific lines. The general line connection device includes a first band control means to restrict uplink/downlink packets with another general line connection device to a general reservation bandwidth α, and a second band control means to restrict uplink/downlink packets with the specific line connection device to a specific reservation bandwidth β (α<β). The specific line connection device includes a third band control means to restrict uplink/downlink packets with the general line connection device to a specific reservation bandwidth γ.
