Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered shrink film which prevents whitening at the time of stretching a multi-layered sheet, and instability in the thickness at molding the multi-layered sheet in the multi-layered shrink film using an annular olefine based resin. SOLUTION: In the multi-layered shrink film composed of at least three layers of a front surface layer, an intermediate layer and a rear surface layer, the front surface layer and the rear surface layer contain an annular olefin-based resin composition, and a polyolefin-based resin composition for front and rear surfaces. In this case, the annular olefin-based resin composition contains an annular olefin-based resin (A) and an annular olefin-based resin (B) of which the glass transition point is higher than that of the annular olefin-based resin (A). The polyolefin-based resin composition for the front and rear surfaces is a polyolefin-based resin composition containing straight chain-like low density polyethylene (C), and for which the melt tension of the annular olefin-based resin composition is higher by 1.15 times than the melt tension of the straight chain-like low density polyethylene (C).
