PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device, an information transmission method, an information transmission process program and an information transmission system which can reduce a process load by reducing the number of times of acquisition of a stock quantity when transmitting information such as a Web page displaying a stock quantity. SOLUTION: When a request showing a hypertext configuring page information is received, a hypertext including whereabouts information showing the whereabouts of image data corresponding to a stock quantity and tag information for displaying the image data is transmitted to terminal equipment, and when a request including the whereabouts information is received from terminal equipment which has received the hypertext, stock quantity information showing the stock quantity corresponding to the whereabouts information is acquired from the database, and image data showing the stock quantity shown by the acquired stock quantity information with characters are generated, and the generated image data are transmitted to the terminal equipment.
