Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-pack aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive having slight pressure-sensitive adhesiveness, adhesive strength with an adherend such as tackiness, cohesiveness, water resistance, and weatherability. SOLUTION: Provided is an aqueous dispersion which contains a urethane prepolymer (A) obtained by reacting a linear aliphatic multivalent isocyanate compound with a diol component and a polymerizable monomer (B). An aqueous adhesive composition is prepared by polymerizing the (B) component in the aqueous dispersion. In the composition, the acid value of the component (A) is 25-70 mgKOH/g, and the glass transition temperature of a polymer prepared by polymerizing the component (B) is -10°C or lower.
