Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera having a simple constitution, promptly suppressing bound of a quick return mirror and achieving downsizing of a device. SOLUTION: The digital camera includes: a mirror frame 15 holding a quick return mirror 16 which moves back and forth between an advance position where it enters the optical path of an imaging optical system and guides luminous flux from the imaging optical system at least to either a finder unit for finder observation or an element for focusing, and a retreat position where it retreats from the optical path of the imaging optical system and makes the luminous flux incident on an imaging device; and a lock lever 21 which collides with at least a part of the mirror frame 15 near the advance position when the mirror frame 15 returns to the advance position from the retreat position, and collides with a part of the mirror frame 15 again in a direction different from a colliding direction after it collides therewith so as to restrain remaining vibration caused when the mirror frame 15 returns to the advance position.
