PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein it is necessary to require a means in an RFID tag system, including a plurality of readers/writers, which repeatedly performs the reading processing of an RFID tag, while holding accuracy in the system, as it is, and also performs writing processing or processing with higher priority with an arbitrary timing. SOLUTION: A centralized controller includes a storage part for storing schedule data with timing control information for wireless communication between the reader/writer and the RFID tag; and a control part for controlling the timing in the wireless communication between the reader/writer and the RFID tag, based on the schedule data. The reading processing is repeatedly performed through the use of the centralized controller, and when the writing processing or the processing with a higher propriety exists, the processing is performed, based on the schedule data.
