Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holding frame having improved durability, capable of attaining reduction in size and weight of an apparatus, also, suppressing blurring when slidably moving a lens along an optical axis, and to provide a lens driving apparatus and an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The lens holding frame is characterized in that a slidable movement guiding part is integrally formed with the lens frame main body so as to be located at the outer edge part of the lens frame main body, and the slidable movement guiding part includes a rack part located on the surface thereof, that can transmit the power transmitted from a driving source through a pinion, and the slidable movement guiding part is engaged so as to freely slidably move along a guide pole disposed in parallel with the optical axis on the outer peripheral part of the sliding track of an imaging drive lens.
