PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a click originating telephone system and a method of establishing speech communication by click origination that solve problems arising owing to a call-back in click origination. SOLUTION: The click originating telephone system 10 sends a guidance tone out to a telephone terminal 18 used for click origination and places the telephone terminal 18 in a hold state when a call control server 14 receives origination using a specified number from the telephone terminal 18, and decides whether or not the telephone terminal 18 for origination is in the hold state when a Web server 12 instructs a click origination speech communication connection. The speech communication connection by click origination is established when the telephone terminal is in the hold state, but when not, the guidance tone is sent out to the telephone terminal 18 for click origination to place the telephone terminal 18 in a hold state and then a speech communication connection by click origination is established. Thus, the connection processing by the click origination is performed without call-back, thereby solving problems caused by a call-back without spoiling easiness of the click origination.
