Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep power consumption per prescribed period within target power consumption. SOLUTION: This power consumption estimating device for building air-conditioning equipment comprises a database 31 storing actual operation data including power consumption and the like per prescribed unit time of the building air-conditioning equipment corresponding to time and date, a data designating section 32 designating the actual operation data used in estimating the integrated power consumption of the building air-conditioning equipment in an estimation period, a data extracting section 33 extracting the designated actual operation data from the database 31, a statistics estimating section 34 estimating the power consumption of each estimation time within the estimation period by using a statistical method on the basis of the extracted actual operation data, and a power consumption integrating section 35 calculating the power consumption of the building air-conditioning equipment in the estimation period by using the estimated power consumption of each estimation time.
