Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for suppressing an increase in heat generation of the information processor as much as possible by predicting air exhaust temperature of the information processor. SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a prediction unit 1 for predicting temperature of the information processor when a new program is executed for one or more processing units mounted to the information processor; a temperature determination unit 2 for comparing the temperature with a prescribed reference value; a priority determination unit 3 for comparing priority of the new program with that of the execution program already being executed when the temperature is over the prescribed reference value; and an operation clock setting unit 4 which, when the priority of the new program exceeds the priority of the execution program, sets to the processing unit the operation clock where the temperature does not exceed the prescribed reference value even when the new program is executed by the processing unit and includes the processing unit execute the new program.
