PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation system capable of performing an output from a desired image forming apparatus even when there are a plurality of image forming apparatuses and when network information set in the image forming apparatuses are not known, and to provide an image forming apparatus, a terminal device, and a method and program for specifying an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image formation system includes an image forming apparatus 10 and a terminal device 12, and the image forming apparatus 10 includes a knock button 38 for receiving operation information, and an operation storage part 54 for storing operation information received via the knock button 38 for a predetermined period. The terminal device 12 includes an operation information acquiring means for acquiring stored operation information, a display means for displaying the operation information acquired from the operation information acquiring means and information about an image forming apparatus for storing the operation information, and a print data transmission means for transmitting print data from the image forming apparatus displayed by the display means to a selected image forming apparatus.
