Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt blow apparatus having a simple structure, and capable of easily changing a spinning width. SOLUTION: The melt blow apparatus has a plurality of nozzle holes 40 arranged in one direction in a spinneret 36, and extrudes a resin liquid fed to the spinneret 36 through the nozzle holes 40 for spinning. Outlet members 45 as position changing members are movably mounted in the arrangement direction of the nozzle holes 40 at ends of the spinneret 36. The outlet members 45 are moved to selectively correspond to the nozzle holes 40 at the ends of the spinneret 36, thereby the arrangement width of the group of nozzle holes 40 related to the spinning is regulated to change the spinning width. The resin liquid extruded through the nozzle holes 40 not used for the spinning is led out from the spinneret 36 to the outside of the spinning region with tilted guide parts 45b of the outlet members 45.
