Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more widely actualize the properties of a brazing filler metal layer in the method for producing a palladium-containing clad sheet. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for producing a palladium-containing clad sheet in which a palladium-containing brazing filler metal layer X1 is formed at least on the face of either one side of a planar base material Y, and the method comprises: an arrangement stage where the palladium-containing powder X is arranged on the face of at least either side of the base material Y; and a heat treatment stage where the powder X arranged on the face of at least either side of the base material Y in the arrangement stage is subjected to heat treatment so as to form the brazing filler metal layer X1.
