Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and safely perform a treatment by providing, to an operator, information to prevent the under-irradiation to a treatment region and the over-irradiation to a normal region, concerning a radiotherapy. SOLUTION: An irradiation system 2 irradiates a subject with a therapeutic radiation beam. A scattered radiation detecting system 3 detects scattered radiation generated based on the therapeutic radiation beam. A data processing system 5 obtains an irradiated position and absorption dose from scattered radiation data for each time when the therapeutic radiation beam is radiated, and then, generates the information where at least one of the irradiated position and the absorption dose obtained is compared with reference dose at each position of the treatment region and the normal region of the subject.
