Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super capacitor having high electrical capacity and high power density. SOLUTION: The super capacitor 10 includes a first electrode 101, a second electrode 102; an electrolyte 106, and a separator. The first electrode and the second electrode are separated and are set up in the electrolyte. The separator 105 is arranged between the first and second electrodes.
