Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular tonneau board device capable of easily covering a clearance between a board and a back part of a seat when the back part of the seat is forwardly inclined. SOLUTION: The vehicular tonneau board device 1 is provided with a tonneau board 10 for covering a bottom surface 5 of a baggage room 4 positioned behind the seat 2 by first and second boards 15, 11 which are connected so as to be turnable, and restricting the upward movement of the first board 15 by the back part 3 of the seat 2; and an urging part 20 supported on a back surface of the second board 11 which can contact with/separate from a back surface of the first board 15 and making the first board part 15 abut on the back part 3 by upwardly urging the first board 15 in a state that it contacts with the back surface of the first board 15.
