Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power distributing/charging method of a battery with no necessity of a branch and a wiring board, and to provide an electrode plate. SOLUTION: In the power distributing/charging method of the battery 1, the electrode plates (a positive electrode plate 20 and a negative electrode plate 30) are installed at a positive electrode 2 and a negative electrode 3 of the battery, respectively. The electrode plates (a positive electrode plate 20 and a negative electrode plate 30) of the battery have gripping members ( a positive electrode gripping member 21 and a negative electrode gripping member 31) to grip and conduct the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the battery, respectively, and a plane of the electrode plate carries out power distributing/charging.
