Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high output three-dimensional battery capable of easily increasing a size, capable of providing high output without lowering performance by increasing the size, and capable of reducing manufacturing cost and manufacturing time. SOLUTION: A bellows-like separator 46 is interposed between a positive current collector 48 and a negative current collector 50 both facing each other so that it alternately approaches both current collectors, powder or a molding of a positive active material 40 is placed together with an electrolyte in a space divided with the bellows-like separator 46 and the positive current collector 48, powder or a molding of a negative active material 42 is placed together with the electrolyte in a space divided with the bellows-like separator 46 and the negative current collector 50, and the positive active material 40 and the negative active material 42 are alternately arranged on both sides of the separator 48.
