Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sintered body of a magnetic substance and a dielectric substance in which the deterioration of the characteristics due to compositing is suppressed, the sintering is carried out at a relatively lower temperature even in the small addition amount of a sintering aid and the deterioration of the magnetic permeability of a magnetic substance material and the dielectric constant of a dielectric substance material which are used as raw materials and existing as the magnetic substance and the dielectric substance in the composite sintered body is prevented. SOLUTION: The composite sintered body of the magnetic substance and the dielectric substance comprises a hexagonal Ba ferrite crystal, a perovskite type crystal containing at least one element selected from Ca, Sr, and Ba, and Ti, and an Li element, and the relative magnetic permeability is ≥1.4 at 1 GHz.
