Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp which can easily and dismountably set a temporary curing place, a work passage, a scaffold, etc. on a roof surface of an existing building etc. SOLUTION: The clamp (1) which can be directly set on the roof surface of the building etc. , includes a clamping member (2) for clamping a steel pipe (11), and a mount (3) for mounting the clamping member above the roof surface (10). The mount is formed of support legs (32) which support the clamping member, and a bearing plate (33) which bears the support legs and is seated on the roof surface. The bearing plate has an anchoring means (35) for anchoring the pressure plate to a structural member of a roof, and a bearing surface which makes planar contact with a bulged portion of the roof surface.
