Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft notification device for surely detecting and notifying that a vehicle has been stolen. SOLUTION: In theft notification processing to be executed by a monitoring device, a trigger signal is transmitted from a trigger signal transmitter at output intervals determined by an output interval determination processing (S150), and whether or not a reply signal responding to the trigger signal has been received by an in-vehicle device is decided (S160). Then, when the reply signal has not been received after the lapse of a normal time since the output of the trigger signal (S160: NO, S170: YES), or when comparison strength in the received reply signal is changed by a normal threshold or more in comparison with standard strength matched with sensor ID in the reply signal although the reply signal has been received (S160: YES, S180: NO), it is judged that an object vehicle has moved while theft notification processing is uncompleted, and it is estimated that the object vehicle is stolen, and notification processing is executed (S190).
