PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate useful information related with a terminal, which is transmitted from the terminal. SOLUTION: This useful information providing server is provided with a reception part for receiving useful information with context; a useful information registration part for assigning unique ID to the useful information with context, and for setting an initial evaluation value to the context included in the useful information with context, and for registering the initial evaluation value in a useful information storage part; a useful information retrieving part for acquiring a retrieval request with context to be transmitted from a second terminal side as a retrieval key, and for retrieving information stored in the useful information storage part by using the retrieval key, and for providing the retrieval result through a communication part; and an evaluation value update part for searching a context evaluation value by using evaluation to the useful information included in the evaluation information with context including plus and minus evaluation to the useful information browsed by the second terminal and the context upon evaluation, and for updating the context evaluation value stored in the beneficial information storage part.
