Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage switch control circuit, capable of performing stable circuit actuation in various voltage conditions. SOLUTION: The high voltage switch control circuit includes a plurality of semiconductor switches which are connected in series, first capacitors connected in parallel between the semiconductor switches, first current limiting means connected in series with the respective capacitors, and a control circuit to control continuity of one semiconductor switch of the plurality of the semiconductor switches for controlling the rest of the semiconductor switches. It is also provided with second capacitors connected in parallel between the semiconductor switches to be separately provided from the first capacitors, and second current limiting means connected in series with the respective second capacitor.
