Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely bring a ground pattern and a shield case into contact with each other with a simple structure without requiring any special space. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment having a wiring board 1 and the shield case 3 in a box shape to be put over the wiring board is configured such that an end surface through-hole 11 is bored in an end surface of the wiring board, and a rib 8 is formed on the shield case and provided with a projection 9 decreasing in diameter toward the tip, the projection engaging the end surface through-hole to come into electric contact with the end surface through-hole.
