Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave a rotation operation shaft 36 at an installation place and to make the rotation operation shaft 36 to the state of difficult operation when an actuator 40 is removed in a drive device for a state switching element 30 including the actuator 40, the rotation operation shaft 36 and an inclination member 34 and switching the state by pushing/pulling it in an axial direction interlocked with the inclination member 34. SOLUTION: An output shaft 45 of the actuator 40 is fitted/supported in a shaft insertion hole 2c of a first support member 2a. An axial outer end side of the rotation operation shaft 36 is spline-fitted into a lateral hole of a cylindrical shape portion of the output shaft 45, and an axial inner end side is rotatably supported on a pivot support recession part 2d of a second support member 2b. When the output shaft 45 of the actuator 40 is drawn out from the shaft insertion hole 2c, the rotation operation shaft 36 is left at the installation place and is made to the free state that both axial ends of the rotation operation shaft 36 are not supported.
