Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of easily mounting a steering column to an auxiliary steering mechanism regardless of flatness, squareness and a thickness. SOLUTION: This electric power steering device comprises a steering shaft 3 mounted to a steering wheel 2, a steering column 4 for rotatably holding the steering shaft 3, and a steering support mechanism 5 mounted to the steering column 4.
