PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread maker capable of securely letting a user fully understand instructions for the safety. SOLUTION: The bread maker includes a bread case 6 which stores a cooked material for bread, etc. and which has a kneading vane 9 for kneading the stored cooking material, a baking chamber equipped with a heater 7 for heating the bread case 6, a motor 3 for rotating/driving the kneading vane 9, a voice output means (not illustrated) for outputting the voice guide in voice to explain the method of operation, etc., and a start button (not illustrated) for starting the cooking. After the operation of the start button, the instructions for the safety are output in the voice guide. Accordingly, when the user is near a body 1 of the bread baker, the instructions for the safety are output in the voice guide to the user at necessary timing when the start button is operated to start the cooking, and the user is made to pay attention to the instruction for the safety in the use of the bread baker.
