Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin material, its production method and a skin material for automobile interior using the material, wherein thickness is homogeneous, shows flexible feeling just like a natural skin and good touch and feeling. SOLUTION: A skin material comprises an elastomer layer and coated film layer formed on a front surface of the elastomer layer, wherein a ratio of a thickness of the coated film layer relative to that of the elastomer layer is 0.004-0.16, foaming ratio of the elastomer layer of 1.06-3.0, the coated film layer contains fine particles of an average particle size of 5-50 μm and the fine powders are exposed on the surface of the coated film layer under a dispersing state in a projection area ratio of 1-5%.
